Community posts are how you keep your members informed and connected between events. Regular, relevant posting is what separates active communities from stagnant ones.
What to post
- Upcoming event announcements — with the registration link.
- Event recaps — photos, key moments, and what is coming next.
- Questions and discussions — ask members something relevant to your community topic.
- Curated content — articles, opportunities, or news your members will find useful.
How to post
Open your community, tap the Post button, write your update, attach images or links if relevant, and publish. Members receive a notification for important posts — do not over-notify or members will turn off notifications.
Pinning important posts
Pin your most important post — usually a welcome message or upcoming event — to the top of the community feed. Tap the three-dot menu on any post and select Pin Post.
Posting frequency
One to three times per week is sustainable for most community founders. Consistency matters more than volume. A community that posts every week for a year is far more valuable than one that posts daily for a month and then goes quiet.
