Joining Hybrid Events

How to attend a taron hybrid event — confirm your ticket type, join in person with your QR code or online via the livestream.

Hybrid events on taron run simultaneously in-person and online. When you register, you choose which access type you want.

Choosing your access type

On the event page, you will see two ticket types — one for in-person attendance and one for the online livestream. Select the one that suits you and complete registration. You cannot switch after registering, so confirm your choice before checkout.

Attending in person

Your QR ticket is your entry pass. Open it from your Tickets section when you arrive at the venue. A taronPass scanner will check you in. Bring your phone charged and the taron app open.

Joining online

When the event goes live, open your ticket and tap the Watch Now or Join Event button. The stream runs inside the taron app. You can participate in live chat and send gifts to the host.

If you cannot join online

Check your ticket is confirmed and that you registered for the online access type, not the in-person ticket. Restart the app if the stream button does not appear after the host has gone live.
