How to join a taron online event — access details, what you need, and how to watch the livestream inside the app.

Online events on taron stream directly inside the app — no external link or third-party platform needed.

Before the event

Register and secure your ticket (free or paid). Your event access link or entry button will appear in your ticket details once the event is live. Make sure your app is updated to the latest version for the best stream quality.

Joining the stream

  • Open your Tickets section and tap the event.
  • When the host goes live, a Watch Now or Join Event button appears.
  • Tap it to enter the livestream inside the app.

During the stream

You can watch, send messages in the live chat, and send digital gifts to the host. The gifting animation appears on screen in real time.

If you cannot join

Check that your ticket is confirmed and that you are using the same account you registered with. If the stream has not started yet, the Join button will appear once the host goes live. For technical issues, check your internet connection and restart the app.
