Requesting Refunds

How taron event refunds work, when they apply, and how to request one when a host cancels or a deadline passes.

taron help Share

Refund eligibility on taron depends on the host's refund policy for that specific event. taron itself enforces the policy but does not set it — the host does.

Checking the refund policy

The refund policy is shown on the event page under ticket details before you register. Read it carefully — some events are non-refundable, others offer full refunds up to a certain date, and some offer partial refunds.

How to request a refund

  • Go to your Tickets section and open the event ticket.
  • Tap Request Refund if the option is available.
  • Select a reason and submit. taron will process the request based on the host's policy.

If the event is cancelled by the host

If a host cancels their event, taron automatically processes refunds to the original payment method. You will receive a notification confirming the cancellation and refund timeline.

Refund not appearing

Refunds typically take 3–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or mobile money provider. If the deadline has passed with no update, contact taron support with your order reference.
