When taron pays out host earnings — the timeline from event end to your bank account or mobile money.

Understanding the payout timeline helps you plan your cash flow around your events.

When payouts are released

taron holds ticket revenue until after your event date. This covers the refund window — taron cannot release funds that may need to be returned if the event is cancelled or disputes arise. After the event ends and the refund window closes, your earnings are released to your taron Wallet.

Typical timeline

  • Event ends → earnings move to your Wallet within 3–5 business days.
  • Wallet withdrawal → bank transfer takes 1–3 business days. Mobile money is usually faster.
  • Total from event end to bank → typically 5–8 business days in normal conditions.

Checking payout status

Open your Wallet from your profile and tap Event Earnings to see earnings status — pending, released, or withdrawn — for each event.

If your payout is delayed

Check that your payout account is verified and set as default. If it is and the timeline has passed, contact taron support with the event name and your account details.
