What the Terms of Service Is
The Terms of Service is the legal agreement between you and taron that governs your use of the platform. When you create a taron account, you accept these terms. This summary covers the key points in plain language — but the full Terms of Service document is the authoritative reference.
Accounts
You must be 13 or older to create a taron account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not create accounts on behalf of others without authorisation, and impersonation of real people or organisations is not permitted.
Content and Conduct
Everything you post, share, or create on taron — event descriptions, community posts, profile content, messages — must comply with taron's Community Guidelines. You retain ownership of the content you create, but by posting it on taron you grant taron the rights necessary to display and distribute it within the platform.
taron may remove content that violates the Terms of Service or Community Guidelines without prior notice.
Payments
Paid events are subject to taron's payment processing terms. Hosts are responsible for delivering the experiences they charge for. Attendees are responsible for reviewing event details and refund policies before purchasing tickets. Disputes are handled according to taron's Refund Policy.
Hosts and Events
Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their event listings and the delivery of the experiences they advertise. Fraudulent, misleading, or harmful events violate the Terms of Service and may result in account action.
Enforcement
If you violate the Terms of Service, taron may restrict, suspend, or terminate your account depending on the severity and frequency of the violation. taron will generally notify you of significant enforcement actions except where immediate action is required to protect the platform or other users.
Changes to the Terms
taron may update the Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Significant changes will be communicated to users.
