Managing Event Visibility

Control who can see and find your taron event — public, invite-only, or hidden from general discovery.

taron lets you choose how visible your event is. Some events are meant for a broad public audience; others are for a specific group.

Visibility options

  • Public — the event appears in discovery, search, and your creator profile. Anyone can find and register.
  • Invite-only — the event does not appear in public discovery or search. Only people with a direct link or invitation can register.
  • Community-only — visible only to members of a specific community you select. Useful for member-exclusive events.

Setting visibility when creating

During event creation, find the Visibility section. Select your preferred option before publishing. You can change visibility after publishing as long as tickets have not been distributed under different expectations.

Sharing an invite-only event

Copy the event link from your event management page and share it directly — via WhatsApp, email, or DM. Only people with this link can register.
