Managing Waitlists

Enable and manage a waitlist for your taron event when tickets sell out — control who gets in when capacity opens.

taron help Share

A waitlist lets interested attendees queue up when your event sells out, and gives you control over who gets in when a spot becomes available.

Enabling the waitlist

In your event settings, find the Waitlist option and toggle it on. Once your ticket quantity is reached, attendees see a Join Waitlist button instead of the sold-out message.

Managing waitlist entries

Go to Registrations on your event management page and switch to the Waitlist tab. You will see who joined and when. When capacity opens (a cancellation, or you increase ticket quantities), tap Approve next to the attendee you want to invite in.

Notifying waitlisted attendees

Approved attendees receive a notification immediately and have a set window to complete registration. If they do not register within the window, the spot can be offered to the next person on the list.

Closing the waitlist

You can close the waitlist at any time from the event settings — useful if you know no more capacity will become available.
