Most livestream problems have quick fixes. Work through these steps before contacting support.

Stream will not start

Ensure your internet connection is stable (Wi-Fi or strong 4G/5G). Close other apps using bandwidth. Restart the taron app and try going live again. If using RTMP, confirm your stream key and URL are entered correctly in your streaming software.

Attendees cannot join the stream

Confirm you have actually started the stream — the Go Live button must be tapped and the stream must be active. Ask attendees to open their ticket and look for the Watch Now button. If it is not there, the event has not started streaming yet. Ask them to refresh or restart the app.

Buffering or poor quality

Reduce background apps and close unused browser tabs on your streaming device. Switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data (or vice versa) if signal is weak. For RTMP streams, lower the bitrate in your streaming software settings.

Audio or video problems

If attendees report no audio: check that your microphone is not muted in the app, and that your phone is not on silent. If video is frozen: the stream may have dropped — end and restart the stream. Attendees will reconnect automatically.
