Hosting events on taron comes with responsibilities to your attendees and to the platform. Here is what taron expects from creators and hosts.
Accurate event information
Every event you publish must accurately describe the experience — date, time, location, format, and what attendees can expect. Misleading titles, false descriptions, or bait-and-switch pricing are violations of taron's guidelines and grounds for account removal.
Delivering what you advertised
If you collect ticket revenue, you are obligated to host the event as described. If you need to cancel, notify attendees immediately through taron's cancellation tool so refunds are processed. Collecting payment and not hosting is fraud.
Attendee safety
You are responsible for the safety of attendees at your in-person events. Ensure your venue complies with applicable safety regulations. Do not admit more people than the venue capacity allows.
Legal compliance
You are responsible for ensuring your event complies with local laws — permits, licences, noise regulations, age restrictions, and any legal requirements specific to your event type or industry.
