Event Compliance Guidelines

taron's event compliance guidelines — permits, age restrictions, legal requirements, and host responsibilities.

taron help Share

All events hosted on taron must comply with applicable laws and regulations. Here is what hosts need to know.

Permits and licences

Depending on your event type and location, you may need a venue permit, entertainment licence, alcohol permit, or public gathering approval. taron does not obtain these on your behalf — you are responsible for ensuring all required permits are in place before your event date.

Age restrictions

If your event has an age restriction (18+, 21+), set it clearly in your event description and enforce it at the door. taron provides the tools to communicate restrictions — enforcement is the host's responsibility.

Capacity limits

Your venue has a legal capacity limit. Do not oversell tickets beyond this limit. taronPass tracks check-ins in real time — monitor the live count during entry to stay within capacity.

Prohibited content

Events that promote illegal activity, involve prohibited substances, or violate taron's Community Guidelines will be removed from the platform. Hosts may be permanently banned and referred to relevant authorities for serious violations.
