Refund Policy

How taron event refunds work — when they apply, host policies, how to request one, and how disputes are handled.

taron help Share

taron's Refund Policy sets the framework for when and how refunds are issued for paid event tickets.

Host-set refund policies

Each host sets their own refund policy when creating a paid event. The policy is shown on the event page before you purchase. It may be: full refund up to a date, partial refund, or no refunds. taron enforces whatever the host has set.

Automatic refunds

If a host cancels their event, taron automatically refunds all paid ticket holders to their original payment method, regardless of the host's stated refund policy.

How to request a refund

Go to your ticket, tap Request Refund, and select a reason. taron processes the request based on the host's policy. Approved refunds typically return to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.

Disputes

If you believe a refund was incorrectly denied, or if a host failed to deliver the event as described, contact taron support at [email protected] with your order details. taron reviews disputes and can override a host's decision in cases of non-delivery or fraud.
