Buying and Gifting Tickets

The ticket checkout step by step — buying for yourself or gifting, adding attendee details, paying by card or wallet, and what to do if a payment fails.

Buying for Yourself or Someone Else

Once you have chosen your tickets and tapped Pay, the first question is who they are for: For Myself if you are attending, or Gift to others if you are buying on someone else's behalf. The rest of the flow adjusts to your answer, so it is worth getting right rather than guessing.

Attendee Details

Your own details are filled in already. If you bought more than one ticket, add a name, email and phone number for each additional person. Every ticket needs its own recipient — that is what lets each guest check in independently rather than everyone waiting on whoever holds the phone.

If someone you are adding is not on taron yet, you will be offered WhatsApp or Email to send their ticket. They receive it either way; they do not need an account to attend.

Gifting

Choosing Gift to others asks for each recipient's details instead of your own, and the tickets go straight to them. Use Add Another Person for multiple recipients, and the trash icon to remove one you added by mistake.

Double-check the email addresses before continuing — tickets go where you send them, and chasing a ticket sent to a mistyped address is far more work than checking once.

Paying

Two options: Card Payment (Visa, Mastercard, Verve) or Wallet Transfer from your taron Wallet balance. Card asks for the number, expiry, CVV and cardholder name. Wallet is quicker if you already have earnings or a topped-up balance sitting there.

If Something Goes Wrong

A Transaction Failed screen means the payment did not go through — so you have not been charged, and no tickets were issued. Try again or switch payment method. The usual causes are an expired card, insufficient funds, or a bank declining an unfamiliar transaction.

If money left your account but you did not get tickets, do not buy again — that risks paying twice. Contact support with the event name and roughly when you paid, and we will trace it.

Payment Successful means the tickets are issued. They appear under Tickets in the bottom navigation, and anyone you bought for gets theirs directly.
