Access Your Tickets

This guide explains where to find your event tickets, how to access them before an event, and what to do if you cannot locate your ticket information.

taron help Share

Your tickets live in your taron account and are accessible any time after you complete registration. Here's how to find, manage, and use them on event day.

Finding Your Tickets

Open taron and navigate to your account. Look for the Registrations or Tickets section — this is where all your event passes are stored. Each ticket shows the event name, date, time, location, and your registration details.

If you registered recently and your ticket isn't showing yet, try refreshing the page. If it still doesn't appear after a few minutes, check your notifications for a confirmation message. If you received a payment confirmation but still see no ticket, contact taron support with your transaction reference.

Using Your Ticket at Check-In

Most events using taronPass check-in require a QR code. Follow these steps to check in smoothly:

  1. Open your ticket in the taron app before you join the check-in queue — not while standing in front of the scanner.
  2. Increase your screen brightness to maximum so the QR code scans quickly.
  3. If your phone battery is low, charge it beforehand or take a screenshot of the QR code as a backup.
  4. Keep your screen awake and unlocked while staff scan your code.

Event staff will scan your QR code and the system confirms your entry instantly. You do not need a printout — your phone is your ticket.

Tickets for Online Events

For online events, your ticket may include an access link or join instructions. Check the ticket details and the event page for the most current access information, especially in the hours before the event starts — hosts sometimes update access links close to the event time.

Sharing or Transferring Tickets

Ticket transfer options depend on the event host's settings. If the host has enabled transfers, you'll find the option within your ticket details. Contact the host directly via taron messaging if you need to discuss a transfer that isn't available in-app.

Troubleshooting Ticket Issues

QR code won't scan — Increase screen brightness, clean your screen, and hold the phone steady. If the scanner still fails, ask staff to manually look up your registration by name or email.

Ticket shows but event says I'm not registered — This is rare. Show staff your ticket and the payment confirmation notification. Contact taron support if the issue isn't resolved on the spot.

I registered but have no ticket — Check your spam folder for a confirmation email. If payment went through and no ticket appears in the app after 10 minutes, contact taron support.
