What an Event Page Is

An Event Page is the complete information source for a specific event on taron. Everything an attendee needs to decide whether to register — the experience description, date, location or access details, ticket options, and host information — is on this page. Before registering for any event, read the full Event Page rather than relying only on the title or cover image.

What You Will Find

Cover Image and Title

The first thing visible on any Event Page is the cover image and event title. These give you an immediate sense of the event's character and purpose before you read anything else.

Host Information

The host profile appears prominently, showing the name and often a link to the full host profile. Before registering for an event from a host you do not know, visit their profile — it shows their event history, community, and follower count, giving you a clearer picture of their track record.

Date, Time, and Location

The event date and time appear clearly, along with the event type (In-Person, Online, Hybrid, Audio, or Flash). For in-person and hybrid events, the venue is shown with a map view and a Get Directions button. For online events, access instructions or a note about when the link will be distributed appear in this section.

Attendee Count

The current number of registered attendees is visible on the Event Page. This serves as social proof — events with strong registration numbers signal community interest.

Ticket Options

All available ticket types are listed with their names, prices, and current availability. Review the ticket options carefully. Names alone do not always explain the difference between tiers — read any accompanying descriptions before selecting.

Event Description

The description is where the host explains what the event is, who it is for, and what attendees will experience. A well-written description answers your main questions without requiring you to message the host. If a description is vague or incomplete, factor that into your decision.

Gift Button

The Gift button is visible on every event details screen to anyone logged in to taron. You do not need to be registered for the event to send a gift — it is open to any logged-in user who can see the event page. Gifts go directly to the host's wallet. For more detail, see the Gifting on Event Pages article.

Related Community

If the event is connected to a Community on taron, a link or preview may appear on the Event Page. Joining the Community gives you access to ongoing discussion and future events from the same host.

What to Check Before Registering

  • Date, time, and your availability
  • Event type — confirm it matches how you intend to attend
  • Access details — venue address for in-person, access instructions for online
  • Ticket type — make sure the option you choose includes the access level you expect
  • Host profile — especially for paid events or first-time encounters with a new host
  • Refund policy — visible on the ticket section for paid events

Common Questions

What if the event description is too vague to make a decision?

Contact the host through taron messaging to ask before registering. If they are unresponsive before the event, factor that into your decision.

Can event details change after I register?

Yes. Hosts can update event details. Check the Event Page again in the days before the event and ensure your notifications are enabled so host updates reach you.

How do I find the Event Page after registering?

Your registered events appear in your account under registrations or tickets. Open any event from there to access its full Event Page.

Where is the refund policy on an Event Page?

In the ticket section, for paid events. Review it before purchasing.
