Who Payouts Apply To
Payouts apply to hosts who create paid events on taron. When attendees purchase tickets, that revenue is collected through the platform and paid out to the host after the event and the post-event processing period conclude.
Setting Up Payout Details
Before your first paid event, configure your payout information in the Wallet or payment settings section of your account. This typically involves providing bank account details or connecting a supported payout method. Incomplete payout information is the most common cause of delayed payments — set this up before your event launches, not after it ends.
How Revenue Is Processed
Ticket revenue is held during the event period and for a window afterward to allow any applicable refund requests or payment disputes to be resolved. After this period, funds are transferred to your configured payout account. The exact timing depends on your payout settings, payment configuration, and region.
Platform and payment processing fees are deducted from ticket revenue before payout. Review taron's current fee structure in the platform documentation and factor these into your ticket pricing so the revenue you receive after fees meets your expectations.
Reviewing Earnings
Your Wallet shows event earnings, transaction history, and payout status. Review it after each paid event to confirm that revenue is tracking correctly and that payouts are processing as expected. If a payout appears delayed beyond the expected window and your payout details are complete and accurate, contact taron support with your event and transaction details.
Multi-Currency
The taron Wallet supports multi-currency activity where available. Payouts are made in the configured currency for your account and region.
