When you register for a paid event on taron, you will be taken to a payment screen before your registration is confirmed. Review the following before completing payment:
- Event name and date — confirm you are paying for the right event
- Ticket type — make sure the ticket matches the access level you want
- Price — review the total cost before confirming
- Refund policy — if provided, check it before completing purchase
Do not rush paid registrations. Payment errors and wrong ticket selections are easier to prevent than to resolve after the fact.
Payment Options
Available payment options depend on your region, device, and the event's payment configuration. Use the payment methods shown on the checkout screen — do not rely on assumptions about what may be supported.
Saving Payment Methods
If the product supports saved payment methods, you can add and manage them from account settings or the payment screen during checkout. Only update payment information when necessary, and review changes carefully before saving.
Common Payment Issues
Payment did not complete — Check your internet connection, verify your payment details, and try again. Confirm your registration status before attempting a second payment.
Charged but registration unclear — Check your tickets section and registration list. If your ticket is not there and your payment is confirmed, contact taron support with your transaction details.
Wrong ticket selected — Review available ticket options before confirming payment. If you have already paid for the wrong ticket, contact the host or taron support.
Preferred payment option not available — Available methods depend on region and platform settings.
