Cannot Sign In
If you cannot sign in to taron, work through the following in order before contacting support.
Check your email address — taron uses email for account access. Make sure you are entering the email address you used to create your account, not an alternative address.
Check your password — Passwords are case-sensitive. If you are unsure whether your password is correct, reset it rather than trying multiple incorrect attempts, which may trigger a temporary lock.
Use the forgot password flow — From the login screen, select forgot password and enter your account email. taron will send a reset link to your inbox. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes.
Check your internet connection — A failed login that shows a network or timeout error is usually a connectivity issue, not an account problem.
Email Verification Issues
If you are stuck on the email verification step during signup, check the following:
- The verification code is 6 digits and expires after a short period. If it has expired, request a new one.
- Check your spam or promotions folder if the code email did not arrive in your main inbox.
- Make sure you are checking the email address you entered during signup — not a different address.
Account Appears Locked or Restricted
If multiple failed login attempts have temporarily locked your access, wait the required period and try again. If you believe your account was restricted due to a policy violation, contact taron support through the help centre.
Signing In on a New Device
If login alerts are enabled, signing in from a new device will trigger a notification to your registered email. This is expected behaviour. Complete the sign-in and review your active sessions in security settings to confirm the new device is authorised.
Still Cannot Access Your Account
If none of the above resolves the issue, contact taron support from the help centre with your account email address and a description of what is happening.
