Your tickets live in your taron account and are accessible any time after you complete registration. Here's how to find and use them.
Finding Your Tickets
Open taron and navigate to your account. Look for the registrations or tickets section — this is where all your event passes are stored. Each ticket shows the event name, date, and your registration details.
If you registered recently and your ticket isn't showing yet, try refreshing the page. If it still doesn't appear after a few minutes, check your notifications for a confirmation, or contact the host or taron support.
Using Your Ticket at Check-In
Most events using taronPass check-in require a QR code. Open your ticket before you reach the check-in queue — not as you're standing in front of the scanner. Increase your screen brightness so the code reads quickly and clearly. If your phone is low on battery before an event, charge it beforehand or take a screenshot of the QR code as a backup.
Tickets for Online Events
For online events, your ticket may include an access link or instructions for joining the session. Check the ticket details and the event page for the most current access information, especially in the hours before the event starts — hosts sometimes update access links close to the event time.
